We hope you found what you were looking for! If not, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the conditions below are met. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Processing Fee: A $12 processing fee applies to all returns. Refunds include the item value and tax minus this fee.
- Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase: Delivery dates must be verified through carrier records.
Note: Online purchases cannot be returned to distributors. Distributor purchases follow their own policies.
Condition of Product
To qualify for a return, the garment must meet these conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags attached
- All accessories included
- Unscented (no perfume or other scents)
- No signs of wear (e.g., rips, tears, human/animal hair)
- Original packaging and hangers included
How to Make a Return
- Contact clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Ship eligible items within 2 business days of generating the return label.
Refunds
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt at our facility.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed the next business day after the return is received.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your new order and tracking details.
Shipping Information
- Orders placed before 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after this time on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Note: Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Items cannot be added or removed after an order is placed.
- To cancel an order, email clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We ship via UPS with secure, trackable methods.
- Once proof of delivery is generated, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
