We hope you found what you were looking for. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

Coût De La Liberté will accept returns* for orders meeting the below conditions that are received within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund. Returns received after 10 days will not be accepted. Please note that you must return your item within 2 business days of generating the return label.

All returns incur a $12 processing fee. Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax, minus the processing fee. Coût De La Liberté does not refund original or return shipping costs.

Coût De La Liberté must be able to verify proof of purchase.
Delivery dates are defined from carrier records, and cannot be disputed.
Returns received after 10 days from receiving your order will not be accepted.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to a distributor.
Products purchase from a distributor cannot be returned online. See distributor policy.

This policy outlines the returns terms and conditions when purchasing with Coût De La Liberté online, and is applicable to all customers placing an order on coutdelaliberte.com. This policy is applicable to Coût De La Liberté online customers only, and does not extend to customers purchasing from a Coût De La Liberté retail store or distributor. Items purchased from a Coût De La Liberté distributor are bound under that retailer's policy. Coût De La Liberté online cannot be held accountable, or provide accommodation for purchases made outside of www.coutdelaliberte.com. CONDITION OF PRODUCT
To be eligible for a return, the garment must meet the below quality conditions:

Unworn
Unwashed
All tags attached
All accessories included
Unscented (no perfume or other scents)
No human, animal or other hair
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
All original packing and hangers included

How do I make a return?
In order to complete your return for eligible items (that are not final sale) please contact clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. You may also contact this email address for questions regarding exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note, refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

How soon will I receive my exchange?
Once our facility has received your return, we will begin processing your exchange order to be shipped by the next business day of which you will then receive an email confirmation with your new order and tracking information. If you have any questions regarding the status of your exchange, please contact our client service team by emailing clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com.

How long will it take to receive confirmation my order has shipped after placing my order?
Orders must be placed before 11am PST or 2pm EST to in order to be fulfilled within the same day. Orders placed after 11am PST / 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday as we do not fulfill orders on the weekend. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact our client service team at clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com.

After placing my order can I add/remove items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. However, we would be happy cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. In order to cancel your order, please reach out to our client service team at clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com.

My package has not been received?
We ship via UPS which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

How do I cancel my order?

How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer free ground shipping on US orders. There may be slight delays in shipment with all major carriers due to increased precautionary measures surrounding COVID-19.
