Shipping

Every order is processed and dispatched from our United States fulfilment centre. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.

United States	Complimentary standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Expedited UPS services are available at checkout, with rates calculated at the time of purchase.
International	Worldwide via DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout where available; where they are not, the recipient is responsible for them on delivery.
Signature	A signature may be required on delivery for high-value orders. To request signature confirmation, contact us before your order is dispatched.

Returns

We hope you found what you were looking for. If that is not the case, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

How it works

Coût De La Liberté will accept returns for orders meeting the conditions below, received within 10 days of you receiving your order. Returns received after 10 days will not be accepted. Once you have generated a return label, your item must be shipped within 2 business days.

All returns and exchanges incur a $50 restocking fee. Refunds are provided for the value of your item and tax, minus that fee. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Sale items

All sale items are final. By exception and on a case-by-case basis, they may be exchanged. Email clientservices@coutdelaliberte.com for assistance with exchanges.

Condition of the garment

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With all tags attached
• With all accessories included
• Unscented, with no perfume or other scents
• Free of human, animal or other hair
• Free of rips or tears
• Free of any other signs of being worn
• In its original packing, with hangers included

Good to know

• Coût De La Liberté must be able to verify proof of purchase.
• Delivery dates are defined from carrier records and cannot be disputed.
• Products purchased online cannot be returned to a distributor.
• Products purchased from a distributor cannot be returned online. Please see that distributor's policy.

Scope of this policy

This policy outlines the shipping and returns terms and conditions when purchasing with Coût De La Liberté online, and applies to all customers placing an order on coutdelaliberte.com. It applies to online customers only, and does not extend to customers purchasing from a Coût De La Liberté retail store or distributor. Items purchased from a distributor are bound by that retailer's policy. Coût De La Liberté online cannot be held accountable for, or provide accommodation for, purchases made outside of coutdelaliberte.com.
